About On Line Personal Training with Lynn Programs

Inside the programs

These programs are an exciting fitness journey that you have total control of. Choose between the three leveled programs that would best suit your fitness ability. All three programs use only dumbbells, which means these exercises can be done at the gym or in the comfort of your own home. Each program level comes with 5 days of exercises. 4 days of upper and lower and 1 day of abdominal exercises. Each of the 5 days has 2 parts, once you have mastered the days you can mix and match the parts as you choose. This gives you over 100 different workout combinations.  Included in the programs is an exercise chart of all the days with the exercises, a description breakdown of how to do the exercises and videos of each days exercises. Once your 3 months is up and you have enjoyed the program then level up and try a harder one or purchase a new program being offered. You also have the option of opting in or out of free fitness coaching for your first 3 weeks. Additional coaching is available for a additional cost.
