All sessions are available: single, packages of 5 and packages of 10

30 minutes

Get in, Get out, Get it Done!

45 minutes

30 to Short 55 too long!

If there isn't a package that works for you, no worries I will make one that will work for you!


Hours:

Monday -Thursday 8:00am - 8:00pm

Friday 8:00am - 1:00pm

Saturday & Sunday closed


Cancellation Policy

Personal training sessions that are not cancelled within 24 hours before your session and rescheduled within the following 7 days will result in forfeiture of the session and a loss of the financial investment at the rate of one session. Exception of a serious medical or family emergency.

Payment options: cash, cheque, e-transfer, credit, debit and tap

For Women

These programs are designed for women of all ages who want results without spending hours in the gym. Whether you're juggling work, family, or a packed schedule, these workouts  fit seamlessly into your day and keep you feeling strong, confident, and energized.

30 minute Workouts

Get an effective, results-driven workout in just 30 minutes. Each session is flexible and can be done from home or at the gym, giving you the freedom to train wherever works best for you-no excuses, no wasted time.

Every workout is built to challenge your entire body, helping you build strength, tone muscle, and boost endurance. You'll move through balanced routines that target all major muscle groups, leaving you feeling powerful from head to toe.
