I have been training with Lynn from "Own It" on a weekly basis for about seven weeks and will say that I truly enjoy each weeks workouts as Lynn structures each session differently from week to week. I find it absolutely awesome and very enjoyable as each weeks workouts are different and not repetitive. I look forward to seeing what surprises Lynn has planned for me. Lynn is always very encouraging and has vast knowledge of her profession. She takes the time to explain the purposes of the exercise and demonstrates each one prior to it being done, and corrects me if I am not doing it properly. I know that I would never achieve a level of fitness and wellness as if not for the personal attention in my training sessions given by Lynn. At my age, (currently 53) and in the short span of only seven weeks , I feel my energy level is back. I am sleeping better, my aches and pains in my lower back are going away, my diet is better as I am making healthier choices. I have also noticed small changes in my clothes in this short period of time. I aim to continue my weekly sessions with Lynn so that I maintain a good level of health and fitness for a long time to come.
