Dumbbells Head to Toe

 

 This program was designed for busy women who want to fit in a workout whenever and wherever their day takes them. Theses are quick full body workouts that you can do at home, at the gym or be taken with you anywhere, all you need is a few weights and or some exercise bands. In the “Getting it Done” program you will be receiving 5 days of dumbbell workouts that only require a few dumbbell weights suited for you, as well as 4 exercise band workouts. Depending on where you are exercising or what you can take with you, you choose what workout to do. Each workout is a quick 30 minutes, or can be increased if you add a dumbbell and a band workout together. These workouts will allow you to stick with an exercise routine during your busy schedule.  


You will receive follow along videos of each workout as well PDF's of the daily workout schedule and tips for each exercise.

Swinging with dumbbells is a variation of kettlebell training that delivers a powerful workout activating every major muscle group and giving you an awesome cardiovascular boost.
