This program was designed with the summer in mind. Quick full body workouts that you can take with you to the cottage, trailer, boat, camping, a far off destination or just do at home or at the gym. In the “Getting it Done” program you will be receiving 5 days of dumbbell workouts that only require a few dumbbell weights suited for you, as well as 4 exercise band workouts. Depending on where you are going and what you can take with you, you choose what workout to do. Each workout is a quick 30 minutes, or can be increased if you add a dumbbell and a band workout together. These workouts will let you enjoy your summer and allow you to stick with an exercise routine during your trips and vacations. You will have access to follow along videos of each workout as well PDF's of the workouts and tips for each exercise. I am also including weekly tips, hints, motivation, inspiration and interesting recipes that you will find posted in the group.
The Getting it Done program will be accessed through a private group on Facebook available to you for 10 weeks from start date.
