This is a 12 week program designed for women who are ready for consistent support, guidance, and accountability as they navigate the ongoing changes in their body. Through a series of personalized check-ins, we build on your initial conversations and create a plan that supports your lifestyle for area(s) that are of concern to help you flow through the transitions of menopause. This program includes regular one-on-one sessions, along with ongoing check-in support through text, phone, or email, giving you a safe and confidential space to ask questions, adjust, and stay on track between sessions. $699
